24 Hours
This is an article published in a daily newspaper of the Canton of Vaud in April 2019.
We had a first meeting to agree about the subject. Then the journalist wanted to talk to the members of our Sangha, so I asked her to come and practice with us. She accepted, to my great satisfaction, and the article suggests that she was touched by silence and the concentration, a fact she confirmed to me by email later on.
The beginners did not rush to the dojo, but I received beautiful phone calls and written comments after the event.
