The new Dojo of Poitiers

Here is a text and two photos of the new Dojo of 78, rue de la Chatonnerie in Poitiers (France) whose Master is Michel Jigen Fabra.

 

 In the back of a garden
is a prefab building
that we transformed into a Dojo

Here, says the old plum tree
you can practice
and deepen in peace the Way of the Buddha

Here, says the house
you can shelter the Sangha
in harmony

And our Master express his gratitude
to the Three Treasures

In this place,
where dragons and elephants keep watch
in the heart of the old plum tree.
